Premier Remodeling exists because we believe a Texas home deserves more thought than it typically receives. A complete reimagining of the principal living level for a young family in the Heights. The intervention removed three load-bearing partitions, recovered the original 1924 ceiling height, and centered the household on a single ten-foot island of Italian Calacatta Vagli with a hand-rubbed white oak base.
