Habitat for Humanity 2006 Builder's Blitz
In June 2006 the Remodelors Council of the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) participated in a nationwide project with Habitat for Humanity during which 400 homes were built across the country in just one week.
Premier Remodeling & Construction President & Owner, Rob Hellyer, served as the GHBA committee chair responsible for building one of the nine homes built in Houston. With a fantastic team of volunteers, the home was completed from the slab up in just five days; FIVE HOT HOUSTON SUMMER DAYS!
The Remodelors Council of the GHBA was recognized by the National Association of Home Builders Remodelers for there efforts and awarded the CADRE (Council Award for Demonstrating Remodeling Excellence) for community service for 2006.
